A French film debuting at this year’s Cannes and winner of the highest honors at the Festival, the Palme d'Or, Blue is the Warmest Color has a highly anticipated release this year. Based on the graphic novel by Julie Maroh, acclaimed Tunisian-French director, Abdellatif Kechiche, presents an emotional and colorful adaptation. The release of this film is at a time of relevant representation of modern love. Apparently the film boasts the longest intimate scene between two women in the history of cinema. The film has that airy ethereal French touch and we are eagerly awaiting dates to catch it in the theaters!

Skingraft SS 2014 - Behind the Scenes

This New York Fashion Week we had the pleasure of shooting behind the scenes for LA based design team Skingraft. The line boasts intricate leather detailing (think shinguards with a feminine silhouette), exoskeletal and moth metamorphosis prints, and ethereal athleticism- a nod to Greek mythos with leather sandals and sheer jerseys repping “VENUS.” A hearty mix of fashion’s fringe “it” crowd and thoughtful curation birthed a stunning and effortless show all around.
